| Taking the chill out of the air |

| First day we have used the fireplace this year. |

| The dog followed me around until I figured out what he wanted...for me to get his bed out of the garage! |

(Then he settled in for a long winters nap.)

| The one bloom on our small cactus plant...almost a month after its name. |

The wind chill factor was below freezing, though the temperature was above freezing. A few family members thought it was great.... *not me*! If there had only been snow....but drizzly rain... was yuck.

Funny dog! He knew what he needed--just didn't have the words to tell the humans! And I have to laugh about your one bloom--my Christmas cactus had just two blooms on it, but I was thankful for those two!
okay, I am just loving everything!!! the photo header is beutiful. the photos throughour are nice. the one of the stove is unique and a reality one!
...and omgoodness, the cold and the rain has not been anything funny. ...especially in the south.
but, like the cactus bloom is out giving its beauty, so we press on and praise the Lord anyhow...through storms, snow and rain, we press on. :-)
