Going Raw

Loaded Creamy No Pasta Salad
A broccoli salad i plan to try this week

I have been approached by different friends about the advantages of transitioning into a more raw foods diet. One of these friends has even started doing seminars in the area where she lives on healthy raw foods cooking.  I have been experimenting with a few recipes, and know that I feel better at the times I eat the raw meals.  However I have a family that cannot tolerate this type 100%  yet....so am finding myself making meals for family, and a separate meal for myself.  That takes a lot out of me.  I am challenged in the kitchen as it is....so am praying over this.  I feel fortunate that I am starting this type of diet in the summer months.  Salads are easier to make when it is hot out!   This interest has led me to succumb to opening a Pinterest account to gather recipes to try.  I have been finding some good recipes thanks to the internet!
This is a step in the quest for gaining back my health, and boosting my immune system after a very stressful year.

Could you maybe give examples of what a person eating a raw diet would have for meals. I would like to see some menu type ideas to see if this is something I could do more of.
Oh I totally can relate to the having to make two different things. My husband is a meat and tators guy so it is hard for me to totally change over to a healthy diet because I have make sure that I have things that he likes. It is challenging for sure. Lisa :O)
