This week, my view of the world has been a little bit different than normal.
This is what I see.
My daily chores are interrupted as I sit by J's side, watching chemo and hydration i.v's drip. I still hope it is a dream....but intellectually I know it is not. I encourage him to get up and walk, eat and drink. That is what a mom is supposed to do...right? Even when 'he's a big kid now'!
