Friday Ramblings

It is not often that I have time to post anything on a Friday.  Usually the day is full of errands and last minute cleaning/cooking before the sun goes down on Friday night. But today I sit behind this door:
With this handsome young man:
because he came down with a fever and that always means tests and lab work to uncover the source.

For those of you not aware~ My son is on a journey through treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic  Leukemia. He has had congestion and cough since the 1st of January.  He appeared to get over that, but it came back a few days later, and finally a fever developed.
His progress from diagnosis is recorded at: jethenrosjourney.blogspot.com
I am the main writer there, but once in awhile my oldest daughter will pop in and add her perspective.

I have enjoyed your comments and perspectives from the previous post on blogging 'my way'.

I sure hope your son gets to feeling better soon. I have experienced the same thing, thought I was getting better and then bam - fever and much more congestion. I think I am on the mend now- at least I hope so.
Thanks for keeping us posted on how your son is doing. I know with what is going on with him - these sicknesses can be scary. God bless, Lisa :O)
