This plane carries and delivers pesticides. It sprays onto the farmers crops in the area. Each time the plane zooms over our house I am reminded that it means we are possibly going to be exposed once again to carcinogens. There once was a field just beyond our property fence line that would hire this plane to spray his crops. And even though this field no longer exists, there are others nearby, and we still see the plane circle over our home. I strongly believe that is one of the factors that influenced my sons development of leukemia. While my children were young I was not aware of the health hazard in my own backyard. But then there is not much I can do about it, for the residue can be in the air for a few days~depending on the way the breezes blow. They never spray when there is a wind. Therefore the poison can hang around even longer. Eighty percent of the patients at the childrens cancer clinic are leukemia patients. There is a link~i am convinced.

You are not alone in your thoughts. Pesticides is the prime suspect at our home as well.
It's difficult to know what to say Marci...I hear your concern through this screen. May the LORD protect you all as this spraying takes place, and may HE give you peace and comfort as you rest in Him. There will be no such concerns or worries in Heaven...what a blessing!!

I would not be surprised at all. When my husband got diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's, one of the questions that he was asked was what pesticides and such had he been exposed to? Well we are thinking what caused his problems was some major chemicals used to clean vehicles and such that were used in Iraq before they brought the stuff back - and then exposed those that came in contact with it.
