Drought Relief

Finally the dry  cracked ground is getting a drink. There have been watering bans in place for months.
There was even a flood and hail warning in effect as we listened to the thunder and experienced electrical fluctuations.  We heard the severe weather siren that had been silent for years. We are supposed to get more rain this week.  The air feels fresh and clean this morning.

The sun would peek out for a few minutes throughout the day.

I tell you what - if your drought has been like ours - it takes a LONG time and a LOT of water to make up for the drought. We still have cracks in the ground from 2 summers ago- I think when we had our bad drought and lost several trees and such. Glad to hear you are getting some much needed rain.
God bless, Lisa :O)

Wonderful! Isn't the air just so amazing after a storm? Rain here is commonplace enough...we get excited about sun! :)

Blessings to you!
