| Empowered Living Family Camp where we got acquainted...and our friendship budded |
Today was the funeral.
We live miles apart, so attending the funeral was impossible.
I am so grateful we saw her in March at her daughters wedding.
Our children bonded quickly. Both our oldest daughters are the same age, born in the same month, and we drove 15 hours to their home to celebrate their birthdays the first year we met.
During the next few years~ almost every time we took a road trip~if we were passing through their neighborhood, we would pause in our journey to visit a few minutes, or to spend a night or two.

What a beautiful tribute. It is clear she was a worthwhile friend. May Jesus come soon, so you can pick up your friendship again where you left off. May God support you and her family while you wait.
