Then I got caught up in the book I am reading for a Read-a-thon. Such inspiration and encouragement in the book, "Patriarchs and Prophets"! Here are a few gems I found this morning:
"God leads His children by a way that they know not, but He does not forget or cast off those who put their trust in Him."
"God permits trials to assail His people, that by their constancy and obedience they themselves may be spiritually enriched, and that their example may be a source of strength to others."
"It is a dangerous thing to wrong one of the children of the King of heaven."
Great thoughts to begin a new week...May I remember!!

I'm doing the read-a-thon too. I'm a bit behind, but I'm listening to the P&P on mp3, so it's easy to catch up.
