Off to find Snow...

We took some time during NRJ's  winter break from school to visit family  in Minnesota.  We had fun playing in the snow...ice skating for free (outside)...sledding, snowboarding "our way",snowshoeing, and experiencing up to -23 degree temperatures.  This was a first MN experience at this time of year for NRJ. We had to go out and buy warm clothes,  borrow some from family, and spend $$ for  recreational  equipment, but it was worth it!
The first morning back home, we expected to be blasted with arctic air as we opened the front door to step outside...but alas it was warmer than indoors!
