For best results hang on a nail outside your window...
If it is moving, it is windy
If it is wet, it is raining,
If it is dry, it is sunny.
If it is gone, you have been ripped off!
We had a good laugh as we contemplated Texas weather...and how accurate the weather forecasts are.
