With the colder then normal winter, our carrots suffered. It is time to get the garden ready for the next season, so I picked the carrots that were there, and J got the garden 'tilled.
I've never been very successful at growing carrots. Did the cold make your carrots sweeter? I remember something about the cold concentrating the sugars.

I just know that they are sweeter than any store bought carrot...but don't last very long!
